This time with a whole body warming sauna!

Heartspace has just become even better with the addition of a contrast therapy - a wood fires sauna and a cool plunge, specifically calibrated to maximse women's health! Imagine looking out at the frost over the fields and the steam rising off the dam during the chilly Canberra winter from the cosy warmth of a steamy sauna!

Insightful and Inspiring Yoga and Meditation from Retreat Leader Ramone Bisset from Wild Sage Wellbeing.

Daily practices designed to meet the seasonal needs ranging from restorative to active flow. Special workshops for an added opportunity to dive deep and explore themes and ideas that will improve your relationship with yourself and integrate into your daily life.

Yass is 50 minute drive from Canberra, 3 hours from Sydney and 3 hours from the South Coast. An accessible and central getaway for you and your friends!
