About your trip

Step into the heart of the Yorkshire Dales for a weekend of fresh air, movement and connection

Meet your hosts... Kirsty, Ruben & Sarah!

AKA: Ramble Adventures x Retreat with Me

With over eight years’ experience hosting hiking, yoga and adventure retreats, Sarah Booth of Retreat with Me brings her expertise in nourishing food and mindful living. She is joined by Ruben and Kirsty of Ramble Adventures. Ruben, an experienced mountain leader whose hiking tours have guided countless walkers across the UK, and Kirsty, a yoga teacher of eight years who creates practices to both energise and restore. Together, we have crafted a retreat that balances challenge and ease: three peaks, daily yoga, and nourishing meals, all woven into one unforgettable experience.

About the weekend...

We will be staying at the beautiful Yorkshire Bunkbarn, a cosy base with underfloor heating at the foot of Whernside. Each day brings the chance to hike one of the Yorkshire 3 Peaks, with Ruben leading the routes and Kirsty guiding you through energising morning yoga and pranayama to prepare for the challenge ahead. In the evenings, she will lead a soothing practice to ease tired muscles and calm the mind.

No previous yoga experience is required and beginner yogis are warmly welcomed. A good level of fitness is recommended for the hikes. Sturdy walking boots, waterproofs and a willingness to embrace the natural outdoors are essential. Please note that toilet facilities are not available during the hikes.

BONUS: We will be joined my a Deep Tissue Massage Therapist and you'll be able to book in slots with her over the weekend.
