Recharge in the mountains of Blue Ridge, Georgia, on a rejuvenating yoga retreat. Enjoy daily yoga and meditation, guided hikes through scenic trails, nourishing meals, and peaceful moments to reconnect with yourself. With cozy accommodations and a supportive, mindful environment, this retreat is your chance to slow down, restore balance, and embrace nature.

Check in begins at 4:00 pm. Guests will arrive on their own time. If you arrive earlier than 4:00 pm, we will arrange for a meeting spot until the cabin is available.
First night activities include a welcome dinner, gentle yoga & meditation, and time to settle into the cabin.
Day two will begin with a morning yoga practice at the lake, followed by a healthy breakfast. We will head out mid-morning for a hiking excursion. Make sure to pack comfortable shoes!
Return in the afternoon to shower and freshen up.
Evening breathwork session, dinner, time to relax or enjoy other cabin amenities.
We will begin day three with morning yoga and meditation. Followed by breakfast and a lake day! Cabin includes paddle boards and kayaks; options available to rent a boat (extra cost). Make sure to pack a swimsuit. (Weather permitting)
In the evening, we will have a special dinner and healing rituals.
Our retreat will close out with morning sessions, gratitude practices, & goodbyes.
Options to stop into town to have lunch, shop, or maybe take a local yoga class as a group.
