Arrive in sacred Mexico and gently transition from travel into retreat. After settling into Hacienda de la Luna and enjoying light bites, we’ll gather for a chef-prepared welcome dinner followed by an opening circle. Through grounding meditation, guided intention-setting, and reflective journaling, you’ll begin to release the outside world and step fully into the retreat experience—opening the container for connection, presence, and renewal.
Day two invites you into deep release and renewal through connection with the elements. The morning centers around a traditional Temazcal ceremony, a sacred steam lodge experience guided by an experienced practitioner. Through heat, breath, and intentional reflection, you’ll be supported in letting go of stress, honoring earth, fire, water, and air, and reconnecting with your inner wisdom.
Following the ceremony, we’ll return to the hacienda for nourishment, integration, and unstructured time to rest by the pool, visit the beach, journal, or simply be. The day closes with a shared dinner and a spacious evening for quiet reflection or connection under the stars.
Day three balances gentle structure with spacious freedom. We’ll begin with a nourishing breakfast followed by a grounding yoga practice designed to support clarity, embodiment, and ease. The remainder of the day is open for exploration and rest—whether you choose to lounge by the pool, walk the beach, journal, or wander the charming coastal town of San Pancho and its local markets.
In the evening, guests are invited to enjoy dinner on their own, offering the opportunity to explore local cuisine, follow personal cravings, or share an offsite meal with new friends.
We’ll later gather for an intuitive card reading by the fire, offering insight, reflection, and inspiration to support your personal journey.
This day invites you to listen inward, follow your own rhythm, and integrate what’s unfolding—both individually and in community.
Day four is intentionally spacious, offering time to slow down, integrate, and renew. The morning is unstructured for rest—beach walks, pool time, pickleball match, reading, or quiet reflection—followed by a nourishing brunch shared together.
In the afternoon, each guest will receive a 60-minute massage, included as part of the retreat experience. Alongside bodywork, the day unfolds through optional, lightly guided wellness stations focused on manifestation, creativity, mindfulness, and reflection. Guests are free to move between experiences—or opt out entirely—honoring personal choice, rhythm, and rest.
As the sun sets, we’ll gather for a closing dinner and gratitude circle, followed by a candlelit floating sound bath designed to support deep nervous system restoration and integration through water and sound.
Our final morning invites gentle closure and integration as we gather for a shared farewell breakfast and final reflections.
Through a guided closing circle, meditation, and intention-setting practice, we’ll anchor the insights and renewal of the retreat—focusing on how to carry this energy forward into daily life.
After closing, group airport transfers will depart for Puerto Vallarta International Airport, offering a smooth and supported transition home.
