Your Facilitators
Lana Wedmore is a Certified Reiki Master and Shamanic healer, Yoga Instructor, Forest Therapy Guide, conservationist, and women’s empowerment advocate known for her compassionate, service-centered leadership. Nearly four decades ago, she left her Colorado home to study in Costa Rica, later traveling the world before feeling an undeniable call back to the Osa Peninsula.
Inspired by its extraordinary wildlife and landscapes, she founded Luna Lodge in 2000—an innovative rainforest wellness eco-lodge that achieved the highest sustainability ranking.
Deeply devoted to Costa Rica, Lana has been instrumental in community initiatives, including helping develop the Osa Peninsula’s first sustainable solar-powered bamboo school, and serving as Vice President of the Wellness Costa Rica Association.
In 2008, she founded The White Hawk Foundation to protect the sacred lands surrounding Corcovado National Park. A yoga teacher for over 36 years, Lana credits her daily practice with transforming her life physically, mentally, and spiritually, and continues to share yoga as a powerful path to clarity, healing, and well-being.
Lana has lead yoga teacher & reiki trainings, retreats and ceremonies at her home in Luna Lodge for over 3 decades and is so excited to share this wonderful offering with you.
Tommy is a trained Yoga Instructor, holistic therapist, artist, and musician, specializing in modalities such as Watsu, Reiki, Sound Healing, and Ayurvedic and Thai Massage. His passion and purpose are rooted in offering moments of deep solace, restoration, and presence for others within the increasingly fast-paced world we live in, while bringing his visions to life by continuing to share the wisdom and practices he has gathered on his journey around the world.
A bhakti yoga practitioner, Tommy loves to lead Kirtan— a heart-opening devotional practice that uplifts the spirit through the chanting of sacred names. As a musician, he intuitively weaves his voice into his offerings, using sound as a gentle and powerful tool to soothe the nervous system, and invite deep relaxation and connection with the self.
Tommy completed his 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2023 in Rishikesh, India, and has enjoyed shared these ancient teachings and healing practices around the world for the past three years.
We Are Rising is Tommy’s first official offering to the world, and he is deeply grateful to collaborate with Lana at her beautiful sanctuary, Luna Lodge, in Costa Rica to bring his vision to life.

50% of the total retreat balance is due 90 days prior to the retreat start date.
Full payment (100%) is due 30 days prior to the retreat start date.

Cancellations made more than 90 days before the retreat start date will forfeit the deposit; any additional payments made may be refunded.
