Lara Dilke, L.Ac. MSAOM, FNLP: Chinese Medicine, Cupping, Herbology
Lara Dilkes, L.Ac., MSAOM, FNLP is an Eastern Medicine practitioner board-certified in Acupuncture, Herbology, and Functional Nutrition, with two decades of clinical experience helping humans overcome pain, navigate hormone transitions, recover from burnout, and regulate stress. She is the founder of PDX Acupuncture in Portland, Oregon and LaLa’s Wellness, a ritual-forward wellness brand creating products that nourish women’s health from the inside out (yes, including SuperCube, the coffee ritual upgrade your nervous system has been waiting for).
Lara is also the co-host of She’s Got Guts, a women’s health podcast serving humor, real talk, and deep insight into gut health, hormones, and the wild ride of being a modern woman with a very ancient body.
Jenny Lee: Co-Host, Breathwork and Master of Ceremonies
Jenny Lee is a transformational coach, breathwork facilitator, bodyworker and community weaver devoted to truth, wholeness, and courageous living at her business, The Sacred Wholeness. She’s also the founder and Producer of The Temple of Belonging, a women’s gathering in the Pacific Northwest, and the creator of Truth Training, a course guiding people through personal initiation and soul-level integration.
Her work bridges somatic healing, mythic wisdom, and practical courage—inviting us to drop the mask, meet what’s real, and live from the deep center of who we are.
Gabe Rivers: Restorative Soundbath and Breathwork
Gabriel Rivers is a yoga teacher and sound artist with over a decade of experience guiding students into states of presence, rest, and embodied awareness. Known for both dynamic, flowing vinyasa and deeply restorative practices, he weaves movement, breath, voice, and a rich palette of live instruments—including crystal bowls, gongs, flutes, tongue drums, and harmonium—into immersive experiences that support balance, clarity, and renewal.
Rooted in yogic philosophy and nervous system awareness, Gabriel’s teaching invites participants to arrive fully, release tension, and reconnect with their inner rhythm. Whether through movement or sound, his intention is to create a spacious, supportive container where the body and mind can soften, integrate, and flourish.
Angela Middel: Power Yoga
Angela Middel is a 320 hour certified with Inspya Yoga. She is also 100 hour Baptiste certified. Angela has been teaching yoga for nearly 20 years. Teaching styles can range from Power and Intensity, to nurturing and soothing. “ Yoga moves through me into my family, community and touches my daily life “ All you need is yoga.
Angela will be offering dynamic morning practices that energize the body and mind, and include fitness-inspired conditioning. Angela teaches with inspiring positive energy and enthusiasm, using more traditional yoga alignment cues with less options and modifications.
Kieron Wilde: Co-Host and Naturalist Guide
Kieron is the Founder of First Nature and one of your hosts for the weekend. He is a trained Ecologist with 20 years of experience as a naturalist guide.
Kieron will be guiding nature hikes that include ecology and forest bathing sessions (aka Shinrin-yoku) on adjacent Wind Mountain.

In this intimate herbology workshop, Lara will teach you how to build your own holistic tea blend customized to your nervous system, hormones, digestion, and winter energy. We will cover warming herbs, calming herbs, and adaptogens, plus the basics of safe usage and simple formulation principles.
And the secret sauce? Learning how to blend tea that tastes delicious and truly supports your body. Expect equal parts education and embodied ritual. This is winter renewal in a cup.

Breathwave is a powerfully gentle practice of conscious connected breathing that brings the whole-self into embodied presence, where true healing, connection and wisdom live. This is a ceremonial journey, where the breather is asked to let go of their thoughts, control patterns and mental rumination to descend into the body as the seat of the soul, and to practice an easeful breath that acts as energetic hygiene and spiritual reconnection. This is a gentle and accessible practice that will open the heart and soften the spirit.
