Welcome to The Gathering Table: Southern California — an elevated retreat experience set among the rolling hills of Temecula, California.
Here, panoramic vineyard views stretch toward wide California skies. Mornings arrive softly. Evenings glow gold. The land itself invites an exhale.
The Gathering Table is not about the location.
It is about what happens when humans come together with intention.
This retreat is a curated blend of yoga, sound immersion, spiritual reflection, and meaningful community. We begin with grounding practices that anchor you in your body. We move into resonance — breath, vibration, and evening sound healing sessions. We create space for honest conversation, shared insight, and the kind of connection that feels rare and restorative.
Between sessions, there is room to wander, to journal on sunlit patios, to soak in the pool, to walk the surrounding hills, or simply to sit in stillness overlooking the vineyards. Evenings invite us back together — long conversations, nourishing meals, laughter, and depth.
Just beyond us, Temecula offers its quiet magic: vineyard tastings, sunrise hot air balloons drifting across the valley, and thoughtful dining experiences that celebrate the region’s abundance. But the heart of this retreat is the circle itself.
The Gathering Table is a symbolic return point.
A place where stories are shared.
Where nervous systems settle.
Where individuality and belonging coexist.
Through yoga, sound healing, reflection, and intentional lifestyle experiences, this retreat becomes a living field of connection — refined yet grounded, spiritual yet embodied.
Southern California becomes the backdrop.
Community becomes the medicine.

Do I need yoga experience to join?
Yoga is about meeting yourself where you are — your body, your breath, your energy. Our practices are designed for everyone, from first-timers to seasoned practitioners. Every class includes gentle options and modifications so you can move, rest, and show up exactly as you are.
Will there be free time?
Yes! While our days are thoughtfully curated with yoga, sound healing, community experiences, and excursions, we’ve also built in plenty of space to rest, wander, or just soak in the beauty around you. Lounge by the pool, walk the hills, or simply enjoy the stillness of the retreat home — it’s your time to make your own.
What is the retreat cancellation policy?
Because retreats require advance planning, all payments are non-refundable. That said, your spot can be transferred to someone else. If something comes up and you can’t attend, we’ll do everything we can to help you find a replacement.
Will dietary restrictions be accommodated?
Absolutely. After you book, we’ll gather your dietary needs and make sure our chef and partners are prepared. Let us know what nourishes you, and we’ll make sure every meal supports your body and your experience.

We begin our Gathering with a warm opening circle — charcuterie, handcrafted mocktails, and thoughtful introductions as we arrive and settle into the space together.
A nourishing slow flow yoga practice follows, gently grounding us into our bodies and into our retreat home.
In the evening, we come together for a beautifully prepared three-course dinner — our first shared experience at the table, setting the tone for connection, presence, and community.
We greet the morning with an energizing, breath-centered yoga practice — awakening the body, clearing the mind, and setting an intentional tone for the day ahead.
After practice, we gather for a generous brunch spread designed to nourish and sustain — fresh, vibrant, and meant to be lingered over in conversation.
The afternoon is yours. Lounge by the pool, explore the surrounding hills, visit a nearby vineyard, journal in a quiet corner, or simply rest. This spaciousness is part of the practice.
As evening settles, we reconvene for a deeply immersive sound healing journey — an opportunity to soften, integrate, and attune to the shared resonance of the group.
A day of movement, connection, freedom, and return.
We begin the morning in stillness — breath work and meditation guiding us inward before moving into a soulful yoga practice. This integrated session invites clarity, grounding, and spacious awareness as we deepen into the rhythm of the retreat.
After breakfast and connection time, we enjoy a guided afternoon excursion, immersing ourselves in the natural beauty and spirit of the region.
As the sun begins to lower over the valley, we gather for a sunset dinner — unhurried, intentional, and celebratory.
The evening closes around the warmth of a bonfire. Stories shared. Reflections spoken. Laughter carried into the night air.
We begin the morning with a grounding yoga practice to connect with your body, breath, and the energy cultivated over the retreat.
Midday we come together for a collaborative cooking demonstration, exploring nourishing flavors and mindful preparation as a shared, hands-on experience.
Our Gathering concludes with a closing circle and a celebratory dinner, honoring the connections made, insights gained, and the journey shared.
A day of reflection, nourishment, and gratitude — closing the circle while carrying the resonance of the retreat forward.
We begin the morning with a final yoga and meditation practice, allowing space to integrate the retreat’s experiences, settle the mind, and honor your body’s wisdom.
A nourishing breakfast follows, shared in ease and connection, providing one last moment to reflect and savor the community before departure.
With hearts full and energy renewed, we say farewell — carrying the resonance, insights, and connections of the retreat into the days ahead.
