Join us Thursday, October 22nd through Sunday, October 25th for a rejuvenating three-night yoga retreat in the beautiful Hudson River Valley—a chance to step away from the noise, recharge your energy, reconnect with yourself, and truly rest.
Hosted by Julie Gurevich and Heather Sheridan of Revel Yoga, the retreat will include twice-daily yoga sessions—with energizing vinyasa flows designed to help you expand and deepen your practice.
Between sessions, enjoy nourishing meals prepared by our private chef, take an invigorating dip in the natural cold plunge, or unwind in the sauna. Spend time hiking the nearby trails, playing tennis or pickleball, or simply relaxing by the fire.
Curl up with a book in one of the home’s cozy corners, sway in a hammock, or just take in the peaceful beauty of the Hudson Valley. This weekend is all about movement, core, connection, and giving yourself the space to reset.
About US
Julie has been teaching yoga since 2001! Her style is athletic, but an alignment-based vinyasa flow that will make you sweat!
Julie was a NCAA College Cross Country Runner, she began running at the age of 13 and is yet to stop! She has run 8 marathons and many half marathons and road races over the years. Her favorite race is the acclaimed Boston Marathon. Julie's Yoga Practice has kept her fit & grounded.
She loves teaching classes to her students and will always incorporate some awesome music into the flow.
Julie has led sixteen 200 Hr Teacher Training Programs and loves inspiring her students to learn, evolve and grow.
She loves to travel, enjoy the outdoors & skiing with her 3 kids and husband.
Heather has been teaching yoga since 2002 and is the founder and owner or Revel Yoga. Her journey began with a single class that transformed her perspective, leaving her feeling at home within herself. This experience fueled her passion for yoga as a steady, grounding force through life's ups and downs.
Heather’s mission is to make yoga fun, approachable, and welcoming for everyone. At Revel Yoga, the focus is on alignment, transitions, and building a connection to yourself—not on achieving Instagram-worthy poses. Yoga, for Heather, is about showing up for your mind, body, and breath, creating a space to grow in wisdom, peace, and community.
