JRNYS is a curated, hosted group experience designed for culturally curious travelers who want more than just sightseeing. This journey blends iconic must-sees with immersive, locally guided experiences across Tokyo and Kyoto, balancing structured group activities with intentional free time to explore, shop, and wander at your own pace. Hosted by Garyn Gabriel of JRNYS by Where Garyn At?, this experience is intentionally intimate, with a limited number of travelers to ensure quality, connection, and flexibility throughout the trip.

One full day in Tokyo and one full day in Kyoto are intentionally left open for you to experience the city your way.
You’re free to explore, shop, rest, visit that viral restaurant, hunt for rare anime finds, or simply wander the city at your own pace.
For those who prefer a little structure, we’ve curated a menu of optional experiences that I’ve personally enjoyed and vetted. There is a wide variety of options: karting through Shibuya at night to immersive art, food tours, concerts, and more.
You may book a morning experience, an evening experience, both, or none at all. It’s completely up to you!
All optional activities are self directed. Participants are responsible for getting themselves to and from experiences via public transportation or taxi. Detailed guidance will be provided in advance. I’ll be on the ground for support but this is YOUR day to design.

• Both (1 Morning + 1 Evening)
• Or none at all
To ensure timing flows smoothly, participants may not select more than one Morning activity or more than one Evening activity.
