Our mornings start quietly with time for meditation, journaling, and your favourite cup of tea or coffee. A daily Mysore style Ashtanga practice will energise you for the day ahead. Open to all levels and abilities, this is your opportunity to dive deeper into your yoga practice and get individual guidance and adjustments. A healthy vegetarian breakfast will be waiting for you after class.
Our schedule is a perfect blend of relaxation, exploration and fun. Enjoy a relaxing massage in the Soulshine Spa (incl in package), go down the water slide or walk through the rice fields - the choice is yours. A visit to the Tirta Empul water temple is a must-do if you like to immerse yourself in the Balinese culture. (incl in package)
In our afternoon workshops we dive deeper on the physical aspects of the practice and discuss how yoga philosophies fit into our modern day context.
Dinners are a great opportunity to chat and connect as a group. A vegetarian dinner is included on 4 nights during the retreat at Soulshine. On the other nights you are free to explore Bali's local cuisine on your own or get room service if you fancy some quiet time.

Ash is a direct student of Nancy Gilgoff and teaches traditional Ashtanga Yoga with authenticity and care. As the founder and principal teacher of the Ashtanga Yoga Centre in Brisbane, she brings decades of experience to her students. Ash loves sharing her knowledge of the practice with people from all over the world. She offers in-person workshops and retreats, as well as online courses designed to support students at every stage of their journey.
