What's Included:
4 nights in a beautiful alpine accommodation in shared double rooms or single occupancy (extra charge). Free use of the spa - with sauna & Jacuzzi. 2 daily yoga sessions - morning revitalising and evening restorative yoga - including last night’s Cocoa Ceremony/Ecstatic dance and closing circle. 1 yoga session on the arrival evening with opening circle. Each yoga session finishes with sound bath relaxation. Yoga mat, yoga blocks, blankets if needed. 2 guided hikes, 1 full day with packed lunch (included), 1 half day hike with lunch at a refuge (lunch not included cost about 20-25 euro). 4 delicious buffet breakfasts and 4 hearty home made dinners. Local transfer to hikes and to Aosta town for our day out in the ancient town. Sightseeing tour of Aosta, local wine tasting. Welcome present with local products. What's Not Included:
Lunches (except 1 packed lunch on our full day hike). Airport transfer from/to Milan Malpensa (MXP) airport - leaving at 13.00 pm from the airport and 9.00/10.00 am from the venue on departure day. Discounted transfer available for 60 Euro return trip between Milan Malpensa and Valournenche (8 places available). Insurance travel and medical. Any extra programs or trips not included in our schedule. Massages, holistic treatments are extra charge.
15.30 pm - Wine tasting accompanied by some local cheese and bread at a lovely wine bar in town.
17.00 pm - Departure back to hotel.
18.30 - 19.30 - Restorative Yin Yoga or Yoga Nidra depending how we feel after our outing.
We created Aosta Valley Holistic to share our love of mountains, the healing power of nature, connection to each other and to ourselves through yoga, skiing, hiking and mindful living.
Our Mountain Retreats are intentionally small, creating space for genuine connection and individual support. Designed for women who want time to themselves without feeling isolated. Guest may arrive alone and leave feeling supported, grounded and reconnected.
There is no pressure to perform, achieve, or be anything other than yourself.
