As the mountains turn golden and the air becomes crisp, we invite you to join us for a soul-soothing escape in nature’s most reflective season. Nestled at the foot of the Matterhorn mountain, this retreat is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and let go — supported by two daily yoga, gentle guided hikes, and the beauty of autumn all around.
Together we’ll explore the theme of letting go, creating space for forgiveness, clarity, and peace. Whether you’re looking for stillness, fresh perspective, or just a few quiet days in good company, this retreat offers the perfect mix of movement, nature, and nourishing rest.
Our hikes include one full-day mountain trek with a picnic, and a half-day hike ending with lunch at a cosy mountain hut. After a day on the trails, you can unwind in the hotel’s spa, relax in the sauna or book a soothing massage or holistic body treatment to restore and deeply rest.
We’ll also enjoy a fun afternoon in the town of Aosta, visiting the ancient 2050 years old roman sites, tasting local wine and cheese — and ending the day with a relaxed pizza dinner, Italian-style.
Come solo or with a friend — you’ll be warmly welcomed. Hikes require a good fitness level as we trek for 4-5 hours full day and 2 hours on half-day hike.
We will be staying in Valtournenche, at the foot of the majestic Matterhorn (Monte Cervino) at a beautiful Alpine Hotel with Spa and at the doorstep of great hiking routs.
To keep the intimacy of our retreats we take a maximum of 15 women.
We can offer en-suite double room with single occupancy and twin bedrooms en-suite, with different prices to suit your budget and preference.
We created Aosta Valley Holistic to share our love of mountains, the healing power of nature, connection to each other and to ourselves through yoga, skiing, hiking and mindful living.
Our Mountain Retreats are intentionally small, creating space for genuine connection and individual support. Designed for women who want time to themselves without feeling isolated. Guest may arrive alone and leave feeling supported, grounded and reconnected.
There is no pressure to perform, achieve, or be anything other than yourself.
