This is a deeply supported, guided journey for women navigating transition aimed at increasing clarity, rediscovering purpose, and reconnecting with their inner purpose.
If you’re standing at a threshold in your life, feeling the pull for something deeper, more aligned, more meaningful, then this retreat is for you!
For many of us, there comes a moment when the life we’ve built no longer fully fits us and something deeper begins to call.
This retreat is a place to listen.
Join us for this 7-Day, 6-Night Midlife Awakening in a beautiful Costa Rica Lodge where monkeys watch us do yoga and iguanas hang out in the trees. We will create community, eat delicious food, do some yoga, go on adventures, rest, reflect, and map out our next steps in life.
This is not just a yoga retreat. It is a guided, deeply restorative experience that blends:
Yoga + somatic practices
Psychology-informed teachings
Guided reflection + journaling
Pranayama (breathwork for regulation + clarity)
Metta (self-compassion) meditation
Archetypal exploration (Wise Woman)
Meaningful group connection
Future self-visualization + integration planning
Time in nature
Many optional add-on experiences such as massages, horseback riding, snorkeling, etc. There is time in the schedule for you to add a few of these. I will send a list of options and pricing when you register.
You’ll be supported in:
Letting go of roles and identities that no longer fit
Navigating uncertainty with more steadiness
Reconnecting with your voice, needs, and desires
Clarifying how you want to live this next chapter

Hi, I’m Dawn! I hold a Master’s degrees in Counseling and Psychology and have over 25 years of experience supporting individuals as they navigate meaningful life transitions. My work integrates counseling and psychology principles, somatic awareness, and compassionate inquiry to help clients navigate change with greater clarity and self-trust.
I am also a 200-hour certified yoga teacher with over five years of teaching experience, blending therapeutic insight with embodied practice.
As I have walked through the many ups and downs that midlife brings, I now enjoy focusing much of my work guiding people through periods of change, supporting them in reconnecting with purpose, resilience, and inner wisdom.
And yoga brings the ancient wisdom that supports this work beautifully!
