Bloom is a small, intimate, women-centered retreat in Costa Rica — a space to slow down, reconnect, and soften into the version of yourself that already exists beneath the noise.
Set in the lush jungle at Selvática, our days are intentionally spacious and unhurried. Mornings begin with yoga, meditation, and breathwork, followed by time to rest, connect, and move at your own rhythm. Creative sessions offer a return to expression — a space to create freely, without pressure, and reconnect with your natural flow.
Throughout the week, we move between stillness and gentle adventure. You’ll have the option to experience a sunset horseback ride through the jungle or unwind with a massage, spend slow mornings immersed in nature, and explore Rainmaker’s waterfalls and forest trails. We’ll also spend a day in Manuel Antonio National Park — walking through lush jungle paths, spotting wildlife, and arriving at some of Costa Rica’s most beautiful beaches.
There will be space for optional deeper experiences for those who feel called, always approached with care, intention, and personal choice.
This retreat isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about creating the space to feel what’s already there.
To soften. To open. To feel more like yourself again.
Designed for all levels, everything is optional. There is space for rest, solitude, and integration — allowing you to move through the experience in a way that feels true to you.
Nestled in the hills above Costa Rica’s Central Pacific coast, Selvática is a sanctuary for renewal. Hand-built with intention by founders Sander and Cristina, this eco retreat honors simplicity, mindfulness, and connection to the earth.
With two open-air yoga shalas — the Sky Shala overlooking the ocean and the Jungle Shala nestled beneath the trees — every practice feels like an offering to the land. The sounds of birds and the hum of the forest become part of each meditation and ritual.

Meals are prepared by Cristina, a registered dietitian and chef, using farm-to-table ingredients sourced from nearby villages. Expect colorful, mostly plant-based dishes — grounding, vibrant, and nourishing.
All dietary needs can be accommodated with love and care. Each meal is served in the open-air dining space, surrounded by the sounds of the jungle and the warmth of community.
I’m a guide and storyteller exploring how place, movement, and presence shape the way we live.
I’m a 200-hour Yoga Teacher, Ayurveda-informed practitioner, and certified hormonal health coach.
Through intimate retreats, embodied practices, and intentional time in nature, I create grounded, spacious environments that support reconnection — with the body, the nervous system, and a deeper sense of self.
"I entered the retreat with no expectations truly open to the experience and enjoyed every moment. They created from the very outset a safe inclusive environment and their carefully curated agenda provided so many opportunities for self reflection, growth and a deep sense of connectivity and grounding with others and Mother Nature. I would absolutely recommend going with your heart saying yes to the opportunity and diving right in! Enjoy!"
" I felt carried by the energy of the group and had the feeling that anything was possible together. Thank you for creating magical moments in the most magical place."
"I had a transformative experience at the retreat, discovering how daily yoga opened up my body and showed me how much more flexible I am, both physically and mentally. The sense of community was something I had missed, and this retreat brought that connection back into my life. Olivia’s presence was a highlight for me—she brought a human warmth, softness, and understanding that made me feel truly comfortable. The herbal experiences she led were beautiful, and her calming nature was something I truly appreciated. Olivia’s guidance and the sense of connection made this retreat a truly meaningful experience for me. I also want to give a special shout-out to the staff at Pueblo del Sol—they were incredibly accommodating and made our stay even more special. "
" Spending this time at this retreat was such a blessing in my life. To come together with like-minded people, eat beautiful healthy food, practice daily yoga, experience rituals that soothed my soul was truly amazing and healing."
