Pre-Registration Terms
The pre-registration deposit is fully refundable in the event that the official 2027 packages, once released, do not meet your needs or expectations. Please note that these prices are provided as reference only and are based on our 2026 packages. Final pricing and package details for 2027 are subject to change.

Arrival at the hotel. Please make your way to the hotel and complete your check-in. Our team will be waiting for you.

Saturday, April 3 – SHAKEOUT RUN + EXPO + PASTA
Group Shakeout Run and official group photo with Destiny T-shirts.
Breakfast at the hotel.
Group round-trip transfer to the Expo by private bus.
Free afternoon to explore the city on your own.
Pasta pre-race dinner at the hotel.
Sunday, April 4 – RACE DAY
We’ll walk to the race start (10 minutes from the hotel).
Afternoon free to explore the city on your own.
Post-race reception to celebrate your achievement, and don’t forget to bring your medal!
Monday, April 5 – DEPARTURE DAY
Breakfast at the hotel.
Today marks the end of the trip. Please check out of the hotel and enjoy the day before making your way to the airport on your own for your return flight home.

This pre-registration gives you priority access to book our official GENERALI BERLIN HALF MARATHON TRAVEL PACKAGE with guaranteed race entry.
The USD $200 pre-registration payment per runner and any additional payments are refundable if you decide our official package is not right for you.
Once we share the official package details and pricing, you will have 3 days to decide if you want to move forward.
After those 3 days, the pre-registration payments and any additional payments become non-refundable.
This pre-registration does not guarantee 2026 pricing. Final 2027 package prices may be different from previous years
Once the official package is shared, you will have 3 days to confirm by email if you wish to proceed.
No additional deposit is required. Your USD $200 pre-registration payment per runner, along with any additional payments made, will be applied toward your official package.
After the 3-day period, all payments become non-refundable.
The remaining balance may be paid in monthly installments until January 30, 2027.
Bookings and installment payments must be completed through our online platform using a credit card or bank transfer. An additional service fee applies per transaction:

US checking account: approx. 1%
wire transfer: USD $25 or EUR €25 (depending on the payment currency

Our runner registration process for the event will begin in Februrary 2027. Only participants who are up to date with their payment plan will receive the registration link.
