CLUB MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENT
This trip is for current members of Austin Skiers and Travel Club and others having reciprocal status (due to being a member of another club affiliated with the Texas Ski Council). Registrations made by anyone else will be cancelled unless the membership or reciprocity requirement is met within 24 hours and communicated to the Trip Chair.

SKI PASS INFO
This is an "Ikon" ski resort - The Ikon Pass is typically the best option if you are planning multiple Ikon destinations this season. The Ikon Pass includes 7-days at Sun Valley.
The Club partners with Sports America to provide discounted rates on ski passes. Use the special link provided on the club's website to check out the Ikon pass options. (Go to Member Resources, scroll down to the Ikon option and note the password shown here before clicking on "Details".)
When ordering a pass using the above mentioned link, registrants receive a trip refund of 6.5% of the pass purchase price!
Be sure to check pass options carefully (note blackout days, resorts having unlimited or limited ski days, etc.) prior to selecting a pass.
If this is your ONLY Ikon Resort Trip: 4, 5 & 6 day group lift passes are available. Lift tickets for non-pass holders are available as an add-on as follows (Adult - no senior pricing):
4 days - $441

Payment Options: The club provides 2 options for payment, credit card and direct bank ACH payment.
If the credit card method is selected, the credit card fee is charged to the registrant and appears as a separate charge from the trip charge on the registrant's credit card statement.
If a direct bank ACH payment is selected, there are no extra fees.
