Taiji Qigong for Modern Life

In a world full of noise, pressure, and constant doing, it's easy to forget who we truly are. Step away from responsibilities, roles, and expectations - and turn inward.

From human doing to human being. This Retreat is an invitation to pause, to give yourself a moment, and reconnect with stillness.

When we achieve stillness, the world shows us clarity. When we can see clearly, we act with more calm, purpose, and ease.

The journey into oneself

Where do you resist in life ? What are you holding onto ? Where can you not let go of control ?
The journey into oneself image

The Journey Into Oneself 3 Gates Teaching

The Journey Into Oneself 3 Gates Teaching serves as a bridge between Eastern practices and our Daily Life struggles. A practice that teaches us how to balance movement and stillness. From pushing through to knowing when to stop. From control to knowing when to let go. From burnout to true power.

AWARENESS | Seeing Yourself

Cultivate the ability to connect to your awareness. Perceive yourself with clarity and learn to understand yourself.

RESISTANCE | Stop Fighting Reality

Understand how resistance shows in your physical body as tension and become aware of it. Exit the 'fight mode" and allow yourself, others and life to simply be.

LETTING GO | Release Control

Become aware of what you are holding onto - in your mental, physical and emotional body. Release the tensions you carry within and experience lightness.

Everyone is welcomed to join, practitioners and non-practitioners from all walks of life.
