We are staying at the Trappeurs Crossing Resort, a four-star property located two blocks from the Steamboat Gondola, which will have extended shuttle services during the Festival. The resort also features multiple heated pools and hot tubs around the property. The address is:

This is a Ground-Only trip which includes 5-nights lodging at Trappeurs Crossing Resort, a 4-day ski pass, and a 4-day Festival music pass that allows you access to all music venues.
An additional 1-day ski pass can be purchased from the Steamboat Springs ticket office for $109.

The music starts on Tuesday, so plan to arrive sometime on Tuesday so you can get to the resort, check-in, meet-up with others in our group, and get your festival credentials ready to enjoy some great music that evening.

The musical line-up wil be released on August 17th and the schedule will be available in an app once it is released closer to the festival date.

Here is the current trip participant and also the roommate list. The trip leader maintains this manually so please let them know if you think something isn't correct.
The mode of electronic communication to the group during this trip will be done by using the WhatsApp application.
It will consist of two separate chats.
One chat will be for trip leadership to communicate trip information to the group, such as meet-up/music information for the next day, happy hour times and locations, etc.
The second chat will be for all the group members to communicate amongst the group for such social topics as meet-ups, skiing plans for the next day, lunch or dining plans, and also post photos of the trip, such as skiing, groups, location photos, music events, etc.. Both chats will be activated around 30 days prior to our departure.
The Trip Chair will notify the group when the chats are enabled and will have further instructions on how to download/sign up for WhatsApp if needed.
