Upon arrival in Buenos Aires, the group will be warmly welcomed by our local team and assisted with their arrival arrangements. This will be the beginning of your journey together and your first introduction to Argentina’s vibrant capital.
Once everyone has arrived, the group will come together for a welcome lunch at a carefully selected local restaurant. A relaxed first gathering to meet, reconnect, and enjoy Argentine cuisine while settling into the rhythm of Buenos Aires.
After lunch, the group will take a leisurely tour around the hotel’s neighborhood, offering a first introduction to Buenos Aires. Accompanied by a local guide, guests will discover the character of the area, its architecture, main landmarks, cafés, shops, and everyday local life. This gentle first exploration is designed to help everyone become familiar with their surroundings and get their first taste of the city.
Back at the hotel, the group will enjoy drinks accompanied by a private talk with an expert on the Jewish community in Argentina. This special encounter will provide an introduction to the history, traditions, and important role of the Jewish community in Argentine society, while also offering valuable context for the visits and experiences planned during the trip. There will be time for conversation and questions in a relaxed setting.
To conclude the first day in Buenos Aires, the group will gather for a welcome dinner at the hotel. It will be a relaxed evening to enjoy good food, connect with fellow travelers, and officially begin the journey together. Dinner is included.
The experience also includes a visit to Once, Buenos Aires' traditional Jewish neighborhood, where you will explore its streets, synagogues, kosher shops, bakeries, schools, and community institutions. A quick lunch will be enjoyed in the neighborhood before continuing with the day's program.
Located in San Telmo, one of Buenos Aires’ oldest and most atmospheric neighborhoods, La Gala offers an immersive evening celebrating one of Argentina’s most iconic traditions: tango.
The experience begins with a private group tango class, a fun and engaging introduction to the basic steps and spirit of this quintessential Argentine dance.
After the class, sit back and enjoy a three-course dinner accompanied by a spectacular tango and folklore show, featuring 32 artists on stage and bringing Argentina’s music, dance, and traditions to life.
Dinner: Three-course menu. Soft drinks and mineral water included (two drinks per person).
After lunch, board the Buquebus fast ferry to Montevideo (4:00 PM – 6:45 PM). Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel.
Return to the hotel in the afternoon and enjoy some time to relax. In the evening, the group will gather for an included dinner sharing impressions and reflecting on an unforgettable day spent experiencing one of the world’s most extraordinary natural wonders.
Enjoy your final morning at leisure, with time to relax, take a last stroll, or simply enjoy the city at your own pace.
As this journey comes to an end, we hope you take home not only wonderful memories of Buenos Aires and Uruguay, but also the meaningful connections, shared experiences, and special moments created along the way.
