I had an amazing time. The Flex and Flow crew who organized it did a great job making sure everything ran smoothly and were flexible one afternoon when we wanted more pool time. The camp had lots of scheduled activities but also some spots for free time which was much appreciated.

I had the most amazing time! The entire trip was fantastic. The events, the workshops, the excursions into Roanoke had me going from sun-up to sun-down, and happily! There was enough free time to relax and I could definitely choose to attend any and all planned events. Or I could choose to skip them without feeling like I was disappointing others or the event planners. The only drawback was the limited availability of Uber/Lyft/Taxi service to & from our final destination. All-in-all the best Camp ever!

I had such an incredible time!!! The campgrounds were beautiful, Deej was the sage I didn't know I needed, I loved visiting the horses each day, the food was super yummy and the swag bags were unreal! (Although I am a little bummed about the backpacks because I scoped out their website and their products look awesome!) My only constructive feedback is that I would have liked more time for lake activities and more choices for workouts. I'm not big on yoga and by the end of the weekend I was feeling some yoga fatigue. Options for other activities like bike rides, swimming, paddleboarding, weights, etc would be awesome!
