I came to know Yoga over 20 years ago to help manage pain from a chronic health condition. Yoga not only helped to improve my health, but also my wellbeing and mindset too. It led me to train as a BWY teacher and Mindfulness coach. For me, the most powerful and transformative aspects of Yoga, are in its teachings of steadiness and ease in Mind, Body and Spirit.
