Everyone should do this at least once. The trip was beyond awesome - great place to stay, OUTSTANDING food, and all the yoga you could want! Kristen and Chelsea did such wonderful job, and offered individual alignment and/or reiki sessions as well. Met a lot of people and made new friends. Truly wonderful.

I totally enjoyed this time in Costa Rica for meditation and Yoga! The food was very tasty, and the people - especially Kristen and Chelsea - were wonderful and caring. They set the tone for all of us to care about ourselves and each other. I would definitely recommend this outing to anyone who might be considering gifting themselves with some self care.
