Brittany collaborated with me to plan the best birthday trip ever!!! If you are planning a group group, Brittany is the best organizer from start to finish! She took care of EVERYTHING before the trip and some unexpected hiccups that occurred during the trip and after trip! She provided prompt replies every time and was always accessible which made me have a huge sigh of relief while traveling with family and friends to Thailand. Brittany made sure we started each day with an amazing breakfast, followed by the most awesome beach front luncheons and dinners with sunset views and relaxing beach waves. Every tour guide in Thailand recognized her as a very detailed travel agent (knew her by name). Her attention to everyday detail while planning this trip was unbelievable!!! The activities were well planned and we never had to wait for transportation. Brittany is awesome! I will definitely use Ideal Travel in the future and recommend to all my family and friends.
