Jenny strives to support her students in moving mindfully both on their mats and in their daily lives. Integrating breath, movement, philosophy, and humor, Jenny offers her students a safe and playful environment to engage in deep, curious self-inquiry and develop first hand knowledge of the Self.

Jen arrived to the physical practice of yoga around the age of 17 and it has remained a staple in her life. When teaching she sets a container for you to go as deep as you desire with love and compassion, taking you on a journey of the heart, mind and soul through breath and body. Encouraging this dance off your mat as well.
