I began it as a tool for injury recovery. As a collegiate rower, I sustained a back injury that never seemed to heal. When the current modalities weren't helping me to heal, I was led to yoga and I immediately fell in love with the practice. Getting certified in 2016, I quickly began to teach and then got my 500 hr as well. I love helping as many people as I can and making the knowledge I have acquired available to as many people as well. I look forward to continuing my growth with you!
