We hebben echt een prachtige reis gehad! Onze kinderen ( van 6 en 8 jaar) hebben genoten en we zijn echt ontzorgd. De chauffeurs en gidsen waren fijne mensen en altijd op tijd. Daniel heeft prachtige hotels voor ons uitgezocht en alle tips in het reisschema waren ook erg fijn. We really can’t say enough about our first experience with an “in-country” travel agency. And we simply found Lulo on the internet. From arrival to departure we felt cared for, listened to, safe and stimulated. Daniel chose just the right accommodations in each city, listening to us when we said we preferred smaller, family-owned properties, always in the heart of the city. He provided knowledgeable and friendly guides when we said we were interested in history and architecture. He directed us to delicious restaurants known for their vegetarian options for my husband. He even found an English speaking AA meeting for me in Medellin! Our transfers were flawless with boarding passes arriving in the app the day before each departure. Our drivers were prompt and courteous. All that support from Lulo Travel and Daniel left us completely free to enjoy beautiful Columbia and marvel at her wonders. One of our best travel experiences… and there have been many.
