Since a young age, Daria has always been fascinated by spirituality and the cultural conditioning. Beyond asana, Yoga is a way of life that enables Daria to continue to reflect, to feel and be present – on and off the mat.
Originally from Poland, Daria grew up in Germany and left the country to live in Amsterdam, The Netherlands when she was 26.
Daria took her first Ashtanga class in 2012 and immediately fell in love with this style of Yoga and has been practicing it ever since as a meditation in movement.
Since 2015 Daria has taught more than 1600h in public & private classes as well as corporate classes in Ashtanga Yoga, Meditation, Breath Work, Mindful Yoga, Stress Relief & Stress Reduction. Next to that she is working with refugees in private sessions to help them recover from stress related issues.
Daria considers Yoga as a lifelong journey in order to cope with life’s challenges and to create a balance in it. In her teachings Daria is dedicated to touch and inspire others.
