Desiree is a 500hr E-RYT (Experienced, Registered Yoga Teacher) and has been teaching yoga for over 16 years. She is also the Lead Yoga Teacher Trainer of The LI Kula Yoga School, where she teaches ongoing classes and leads the 200hr and 300hr Yoga Alliance Approved Yoga Teacher Training Certification Programs. Desiree has studied with many great teachers which include: John Friend, Doug Swenson, Zhenja LaRosa, Lois Neisbitt, Beryl Bender Birch and Pattabhi Jois.
