We are a travel agency that owns two hotels in the Amazon, our goal is to show the world our country through sustainable tourism with a high level of quality and service.
Unforgettable experience at Itamandi. Excursions, wildlife, guide, food and staff were excellent. We had William as our guide and his bird knowledge in particular was excellent. We missed 2 activities due to rain, but they were either rescheduled or we were able to join in with another group so didnt miss a single thing. Thank you Itamandi!
The hotel was clean, the rooms were a little small but had everything you needed to be comfortable, the towels were changed every day because of the weather it was very difficult to dry the towels, there were blankets in case you felt cold at night.
Our guide Holger was very friendly, he was always with a smile for us to answer all our questions and attend to our needs at all times.
There were enough hooks to hang towels and bathing suits, the cleanliness was impeccable daily.
The food was super tasty, the chef of the hotel was spectacular, they gave us a complete breakfast served at the table, as well as the food, soup, main course and dessert at lunch and dinner.
There were boots for all guests and they were clean, the pool was large and with heated water, the children never felt cold, only that they had enough chlorine and sulfate that caused allergies in my children's eyes and skin always have to get in with goggles as a precaution.
In general I recommend Itamandi a spectacular hotel on the banks of the Arajuno River where you will experience the jungle, community and people.
