Gabby owned Sweat Republic in San Francisco, and received her 200-hour Yoga certification in Rishikesh, India. She is addicted to travel and Mexico was one of her favorite places on a recent 6-month journey around the world. Shonna owns ConfiDance Fitness In San Francisco. She previously danced for two different NBA franchises and has choreographed events for the Superbowl Committee, Britt & Co. with Tyra Banks, and more. In her down time she enjoys sandy beaches and cooking.
