I’ve been in the health and fitness industry for over 15 years — initially as a hobby, then part-time, and now full-time.
I’ve always wanted to host travel holidays, and now that dream is a reality. Adventure, travel and fun are 3 ideals high on my value list.
Since 2006, I have earned degrees in teaching and sport science, the certificate 3 & 4 in fitness and a graduate diploma of psychology. These qualifications have enabled me to gain a vast range of experiences across each field.
My unique experiences led to the creation of my overarching framework — Mind Your Body. Mind Your Body is a complete health and fitness framework that encompasses my personal movement, eating and mindset systems.
Each health retreat is an opportunity to comprehensively immerse yourself into the Mind Your Body experience, and become a part of the Mind Your Body family. You will leave with an understanding of how to move, eat and think for health, unique to you. Plus, you’ll feel pretty relaxed too!
