Jill stepped into her first yoga teacher training in 2011, at Sivananda in India. That initial training sparked a spiritual journey to gain more wisdom through knowledge and life experience. Since then she has attended various other yoga trainings including, Vinyasa, Yin and Hatha, but she loves to share and guide a gentle meditative yoga experience that makes the practice accessible to anyone. Yoga nidra came into Jill's life in 2016 and is now the most important part of her own daily life. She has experienced first hand how powerful the technique is in creating deep, lasting, inner change and is excited to share this ancient practice as part of the 'Deep Rest' program. Jill hopes to inspire others to realise the vast sea of potential that lives within their being. Jill is also an acupuncturist and reiki practitioner with over 15 years experience.
