Gravitating towards the healing aspects of yoga from the inside out, Kim feels mindful yoga is a vital part of daily living and anyone one can participate and have a yoga practice.
Kim is actively involved in taking a leadership role in community affairs and social justice.
When she's not at the studio, Kim finds time to check out under explored parts of her brain/mind/body learning bass guitar and cooking. She keeps comedians, actors, musicians, writers and those who like to sweat using their body in play not in competition, close to her heart.
