Lauren and Carro met at the barre. The ballet barre that is! Both are lifelong professional dancers who bonded over the shared wonder of the human body and the power to heal ourselves. Having traveled extensively throughout their lives, Carro and Lauren share a love of discovery and the curiosity to learn more about the world and it's people, places and environments. When dreaming about creating a business together, they connected on a shared vision of hosting mindful trips that combine, physical health, with mindfulness training, nature, culture and self-discovery.
