I thoroughly enjoyed this week with Lisa. Lisa brings a calm clarity to her Yoga classes. With her gentle coaching, she heightens an inner awareness to listen to oneself. Our classes started early, at seven each day, which left plenty of time to explore beautiful Paros and its beaches before the evening class. Lisa’s style of teaching includes Hatha Yoga, gentle touch, and little massage, asanas and deep relaxation to help her students withdraw their senses and immerse themselves in their subtle body. Lisa’s Yoga Classes leave students feeling refreshed, invigorated and inspired from the inside out. Thank you so much for a wonderful week, Lisa.
