Truly a re-generating trip. Great physical exercise not only with the fantastic yoga under the guidance of Liseanne but also daily opportunities for hikes in the stunning and peaceful mountainside and fields. Loads of hiking trails, all clearly marked. Liseanne was mindful to guide us through twice daily yoga that gradually developed during the week, Liseanne included yoga that was particualy fitting to each unique need of the participants. The small group format made for a friendly and relaxed experience. The hosts of Savoie Faire thought of everything to provide a relaxing and regenerating stay. The opportunity to experience vegetarian meals that are flavourful, filling and varied was truly an eye opening experience. Niki provided meals beyond compare. The special afternoon tea experiences were truly memorable...I won't share what they were here so it is a fantastic surprise for your next guests. This retreat was life changing and life affirming. Liseanne's guidance in our yoga practice and meditation rituals allowed me to move and feel deeper than I have before.
