With over 25 years of experience in health, fitness and wellnes Louise has practices in Pilates, Yoga, Personal Training, Franklin Method, Animal Flow, Body Mind Centering and more giving her a multitude of tools to teach with.
Her teaching is creative and informed, she guides, teaches and leads with love, ease and gratefulness.
