I enjoyed the tours included. My only complaint is that, at times, the guides were not available, so we had to wait too long to enter. Also, the bus service between Ollantaytambo and Cusco was late and uncomfortable.

We had a fabulous time. All our guides were extremely friendly and helpful. They always checked on us to make sure we were okay. Considering the elevation sickness, which is very real. We chose our itinerary and it did not disappoint. We appreciated that the company used local guides and local people. It was really interesting to hear they're personal and historical view on the sites that we visited. I would definitely book with this company again for other South America countries.

Although the company has a good design for the tours, they are not punctual, and do not communicate enough with the travelers. I HAD to write messages two or three times before getting an answer
