I teach people how to cultivate health, strength, and wisdom through yoga and meditation. I have sought self-awareness and self-mastery through meditation and martial arts since my teenage years. Now in my thirties, meditation and yoga have become my chosen methods of integrating and strengthening the body, mind, and spirit. I find robust health and deep meaning through these practices.
I began teaching meditation in 2003. Prior to yoga, I studied martial arts, including Competitive Fencing and Japanese Swordsmanship. I began practicing yoga in 2011 and completed a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in March 2012. In 2012, I began teaching part-time and, in 2013, I dedicated myself to becoming a full-time yoga teacher and entrepreneur. I have taught at Houston's most popular yoga studios, at the Houston Ballet, and to many private clients. I have 4000+ hours of teaching experience.
