I had a great opportunity to be part of a mens retreat which Dr. Mike Lane co lead. His planning, commitment, caring and leadership were beyond my expectations. I got introduced to foundation training which opened up a whole new area of body awareness and strength training for me. Dr. Lane ability to guide us through a process which enabled me to get out of my head and into my heart for a more intergraded person. This guy is awesome. I always feel better after doing foundation training! I am on a recovery path from a couple of herniated disks in my low back and have been doing foundation training for about 8 months now and it really gets me out of pain. This workshop was really helpful fine tuning my form is some of the basic poses. Getting 2 hours of practice in really makes a big difference! Thank you!!
