HEATHER GERSH Certified Yoga Teacher, Dailey Method Instructor Heather has been involved in fitness and athletics for whole life. She began playing team sports at a young age, and played competitively in soccer, track, and tennis. She’s participated in dance programs, gymnastics, kick boxing, and knows that moving your body is about more than the physical – it's a form of self-expression and self-care. In 2011 she become a 200hr certified yoga teacher. Soon after, she added barre workouts into her life and it wasn't long before she started teaching barre classes at The Dailey Method, where she learned and embodied a deeper sense of alignment and muscular engagement. She learned how to not only manage her own injuries but those of her students, and has found that the ability to help and heal is powerful.
