Hey! I am Olivia; a Yoga Teacher just based outside of London. I found Yoga around 7 years ago; a time in my life where I was working 80 hour work weeks feeling constantly exhausted and tired by the end of every day. Yoga was and continues to be a physical and emotional outlet for me and now I teach others to help them heal through this practice the very same way.
My teaching style is open to all from Beginner to regular Yogis, but expect all classes to have an element of fun focusing on building strength and trust within your body.
