This was my first retreat with The Atrium Yoga Studio and One & Well and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Every detail was so thoughtfully curated, the food that Sofia prepared was absolutely phenomenal, and the overall feel of the retreat will be something I’ll never forget. I’m beyond grateful for Jen, Madonna, and Paula for putting together such a memorable 4 days!!

I loved every minute of this retreat. You could tell so much thought went into every detail and there was still room for spontaneous, magical surprises. The food, the location, the yoga, the excursions…everything was wonderful. Paola, Jen, and Madonna are a dream team! I look forward to the next retreat. Thank you for everything.

Another amazing retreat! Great experience, great people, and teachers. Food was delicious, fresh, and prepared with love. All the activities were perfectly organised in every detail. The place was beautiful and cosy. It has been an amazing week that helped to completely disconnect from work, the city life and connect with like-minded people and nature.
