This was such an incredible retreat, nestled in the one of the most beautiful, relaxing, energetic places. It was exactly what I needed this season mind, body and soul!!! The intention setting at the beginning was a total game changer with the chakra activity. Lark is a beautiful soul, healer and fantastic host. Grateful for her studio being so close and convenient!!! Looking forward to more events and classes here. The sound bath was next level and the talent and energy was extremely powerful and transcending. Ash was phenomenal and such a kind compassionate soul. I would recommend you check out the next class or event here!!!

What an incredible space this retreat was for grounding, healing and relaxation. I found it an essential part of my self care and will be returning again and again. The teamwork between the yoga instructor, reiki healer and soundbath musicians and healers was comprehensive and soulful.
