I can't begin to express what this experience encompassed and meant for me it was one of the most heartfelt, Eye opening soul searching Rewarding experiences I've ever had. I felt totally safe welcome and appreciated in the group. I felt a deep connection with all of the women and very related with many of their stories. I was extremely moved by the sensitivity and caring of the facilitator Lisa.. I look forward to attending again. I can't express enough how grateful I am with you for faciliting this incredible amazing retreat.

Soul Lab Camp was a profoundly beautiful and healing experience. It provided me with an opportunity to quiet all of the noise in my life so that I could reconnect to myself in a really meaningful way. Lisa and the team took such wonderful care of us and were absolutely incredible camp guides. The space was safe, comforting, and inviting. The food was absolutely wonderful, and they were so accommodating of all dietary needs. This experience allowed me time and space to be nourished, connect with nature, connect with myself, and build community with some amazing people. If you are at a crossroads in your life or trying to find your way home to yourself, I can't recommend this experience enough. Life changing!

I had an amazing weekend at Soul Lab Camp. The camp helped me identify my purpose in life. I feel much calmer & more at peace after connecting with my soul.
