Taguatur Turismo (founded in 1980), together with Taguatur Transportes (founded in 1974), were the first companies in Maranhão, associated with the Brazilian Association of Travel Agencies – ABAV, in 1980. Today, Taguatur Turismo operates in the entire universe of tourist services, from issuing airline tickets, consulting for export tourism, operating inbound services, managing and operating professional events, congresses, charters and excursions.
