To love is to Know. We cannot remain ignorant in a state of loving awareness. We are here to love, that is, to live in truth. That is all. Everything else is coming, and going and coming again… All yogic paths lead us out of ignorance and into the ultimate knowing- love without reason. We believe that the seed of all yogic paths is AHIMSA- non harm, the first of Patanjali’s Yamas. All of our work stems from this seed. The greater our understanding, tending and connection to this seed of yoga, the greater our growth and flowering.
