Wonderful people and experience. Came home with a soothed inner peace, spirit, mind and body. Accommodations and the staff were exceptional as was the food. The trip to Costa Rica was unparalleled by anything I have ever experienced thus far in my yoga journey. The daily practices, dips in the Caribbean Sea and visits to the local towns and beaches were amazing and transformative. I was among an unforgettable group of women spanning in age from their 20s and beyond. My heart is full from the moments and memories we shared together.
