I hold a Bachelor of Science degree and am a RYT-200 yoga teacher. Hatha, Yin, and Restorative yoga are my favorite to share.
I believe that the whole body benefits of yoga, meditation and breath-work can help everyone feel healthy, attractive, present, and alive in their bodies. It is my goal to bring it to everyone. Whether you are an athlete or a practicing yogi, in prime shape or returning from an injury, young or young at heart, the practice of yoga is for everyone!
