It was a great trip and because I worked closely with the tour company in organizing what we wanted, it turned out perfectly. It was just the right amount of time at each of the tiger reserves - though I think I might have stayed three nights at Pench instead of the two nights - it would have given us more of a chance to see tigers - because we did not see them there. The mission was tigers and the Taj Mahal so we did both and all of us throughly enjoyed where we stayed, and what we did. I also might have stayed one night longer in Jaipur just to have a day doing the bazaars. Our guides were friendly and knowledgeable and full of stories - that we all enjoyed. They gave us great advise on the day we had on our own and our drivers, between locations and around town sightseeing were all extraordinary. Chairman was charming and accommodating and super friendly. We loved him and he was a very safe and courteous driver. I would request all of them again were I to make another trip. Royal Expeditions did a super job and to be commended for assisting us throughout the journey. The only commend I might make on tours on our own, is that I wish we had known about the leopard sanctuary ahead of time so we could have made advance arrangements. They were sold out on the afternoon we did finally get in there, but it was a morning time and we did prefer the afternoon, but it was sold out.

It was a fantastic tour that went like clockwork. We had great drivers and quides. The variety of experiences including tiger and leopard sightings as well as other native Indian wildlife, village life and religious ceremonies were first class.

Royal Expeditions created a fabulous experience in India for our family. To the initial request and suggestion, the team responded with a great outline together with some excellent ideas for how to enrich the trip. On the ground, we felt well cared for and the team were quick to make adjustments when events required them. This was a holiday which has created memories that will last a lifetime. I'd recommend the Royal Expeditions team to others without hesitation.
